Will Shake the Spear. Duh.
Shakespeare of course!
I know William Shakespeare wrote the book but sorry no idea who composed the ballet.
The original play was written by Shakespeare, but there have been a number of ballets inspired by the story over the years. The sites below actually go over them in great detail.

The Prokofiev version is widely regarded as the most famous, though Tchaikovsky wrote a version that includes the famous theme that you hear on TV to represent true love (amazing the classical music you unintentionally pick up from watching The Smurfs or other cartoon classics).

The last link is an audio search link if you want to hear some clips of various different versions.
There are two Romeo and Juliet ballets, one by Tchaikovsky and the other by Prokofiev. Prokofiev's has a fantastic piece called Dance of the Knights that is very dramatic.
