I just started ballet and doing the 5 positions but how can i "turn out" right" witho

Think about turning out with your thighs and your feet will gradually turn out with it. Don't think about making it as good as possible. You might damage your knee. Also, make sure as you turn out, your feet aren't rolling in, otherwise, you could damaging your turn out.

Turn out from the hip, and don't force it, it will come in time.

your turnout will get better with time. don't try to turn your feet out at a 180掳 angle. 90掳 is good enough.
it takes a while to get used to but after dance ice ur knees adn u will eventually get used to it
If your knees hurt, you're doing it wrong. Saying that you need to turn out from the hip is only partially right; the rotator muscle is actually in your lower butt. My daughter started ballet with a teacher who also said to turn out from the hip and I wound up taking her to all the local sports medicine doctors to deal with tendonitis in her knees. She finally learned from a physical therapist what she was doing wrong.

Please don't listen to anyone here, even me, about how to turn out correctly. If you don't have a top-notch ballet teacher, preferably one who has danced professionally, you stand a very good chance of winding up with knee issues. You have to be properly SHOWN how to turn out correctly. If you're using the correct muscles, you'll see for yourself how your knees properly line up over your feet when turned out.
There are some turn out tips here:

which might help but DON'T force it!
