You turn with one leg out and straight at 90 degrees. I know it sounds like 'alsacone' but I don't know the proper spelling or term for it.

It is called an A La Seconde turn, sometimes know as a Forte (Fortay). Similar to a Fouette, only the leg en l'air does not bend in with the foot at the knee. In A La Seconde the leg stays straight!
